Well-- look-- during the time Maxim was there was NOT the time Maxim was NOT there. The two 5 mo. periods were of different natures. Maxim was present. And Maxim was NOT present.

During the time maxim was present, we saw what the problems were-- as Maxim described them. The cannulae were in kits that Kelly had inventory control over and Maxim had banded the proper cannulae together for installation into the kits. There is more than one kit but there were no cases. They grabbed a kit that apparently was not updated and checked when they did C81.

during the time maxim was NOT there, the new person should have looked at the kit to double check equipment.

Presumably, the rubber banded cannulae were not installed in the kits by Kelly which brings Kelly into the picture. And there's where my story line is at this point.
