BLOG MECHANICS-- Network54 to change-- Abandon it.

It turns out that Network54 is going to what they call "version 3". I've looked at the beta version and I'm not happy at all. I think they're going to plummet. They intend to automatically upgrade all accounts to have the "look and feel" of the new version. I predict disaster. All I wanted from N54 was an alphabetizer tag. Everything else was fine. I argued with them. I insulted them off course. And I was dismissed. Of course. So it's over.

Over the past week, I attempted to look at it again with a view in mind to work with Blogger.com alphabetizing AND the n54 thread format but it turns out to be too cumbersome. It gets me away from thinking immediately about alphabetical tags-- which is my hobby horse at the moment. So, I'm changing my mind yet again, in a mental vortex-- twisting and turning into infinitity where even I'm disoriented beyond hope-- not really-- but it sounded cool to say that. And it sets me up for the predicted ridicule--

I think I'm abandoning N54 once again for good after my latest findings and twisted vortex thinking. Notice that my subject line, by the way, it the same as the index entry. I think I might try that for awhile so that readers are "trained" to think that way-- sort of like a Hewlett Packard calculator instead of a TI calaculator-- only in words instead of numbers. I might even start talking that way.

"Food", I said to her. "Food?" she asked. "What about food?". I restated my sentence in reverse order... "Food-- takeout-- Chinese-- local". She looked startled-- "You mean you want to go out?". "Food-- takout-- Chinese-- local-- date". She paused and looked at me smiling. "Ah... so you want to take me out on a date! Let's go!". Leanring to speak sentences in reverse taggable order was a challange but it became addictive after while. Pretty soon, the habit spread and entire publications and TV network anchors began using the techinique forever changing the dialogue on Earth in 2050.
