"George" in CF is a gatekeeper IMO-- via definition of 'malpractise' & failure to cite "false advertising"

Here we see George in CF dimssing the MMaxim charge of malpractise with the twisted attempt to co-opt the term and reassign its meaning to something entirely different from what MMaxim directed it at. [+]. The fact that George managed to do this and that George is an old deckhand-- apparently-- indicates to me that we can view him as a status-quo gatekeeper. I wouldn't be surprised if this were Kent himself. Look for further indications of this hypothesis. I don't normally try to associate pseudonymns with real world people but in this particular instance, we ARE dealing with what I would recommend that MMaxim term "false advertising". I first noticed SA Inc's false advertising early on when they said their conference would be an introduction of SA to the cryonics community. It turned out that that was not the case. Nobody agreed with me on that point. Pancake offered a modicum of agreement but said it didn't matter because the intent was to spread the gospel in a sense. At least she understood my point-- but again-- she blunted the tip of my arrow-- and so can be regarded as somewhat of a status quo go-along-to-get-alonger as well.
