COMMENT: Which I'm sure they'll read with great sympathy. However, a promise in a handbook for good employees goes both ways. If I was running the company you're still trying to damage as an ex-employee, and you still refused to sign an NDA even while kept making demands for past benefits, I wouldn't give you a whiff of Limburger. What Ms. Baldwin is willing to do, is up to her.

Of all the points being made-- in CF-- this one stood out this morning-- here we see HArris say that Maxim is trying to damage SA as an ex-employee. That's quite the position to hold because I thought this was a search for truth-- and here we see Harris reduce a search for truth to a vendetta. This is a typical strategy I think. Nobody is trying to use key words to solve problems.... and this is an excellent fight to indicate the uselessness of forums.
