[my real name] (a.k.a. "Phil") Incorrectly Associates Cryonics with "LaRouche" and Other Fanaticisms

Notice to the Public:

Cryonics is a valid field of interest all by itself, and has nothing to do with the variety of fanaticisms that [my real name] "Philossifur" tries to associate it with in his "Frozen Files" blog.

WE DO NOT WANT YOU TO GET THE WRONG IMPRESSION ABOUT CRYONICS!

[my real name] adopts every fringe belief and conspiracy theory he can find. He thinks LaRouche, labelled a nutcase by anyone who starts to try to read his babblings, is a great politician. He thinks the US moon landing was a hoax. He does not think radical Islamic terrorists performed the 9-11 attacks on NYC, but implicates a mysterious group of "neocons" of the "new world order". He thinks the virgin Mary was impregnated by a space alien. He thinks the "chemtrail" exhaust emissions from high-flying aircraft are spreading mind control chemicals. He thinks that women are "alien life forms". He thinks that being circumcised ruined his sex life. And on and on.

The worst part of it is he is starting to associate these idiotic ideas with cryonics. Cryonics itself is considered strange enough by many folks, but when you look into it, you will find it has real possibilities for becoming a solid science in the future, and progress is being made toward that end. It has real possibilities of being a future benefit to YOU.

While people who are interested in cryonics (cryonicists) have a lot of varying opinions on politics and philosophy, almost none of them believe in the baseless and fanatical things Potvin tries to promote, and is now trying to tie cryonics to.

Please be assured that if you pursue an interest in cryonics, you will find almost none of the stuff [my real last name] advocates, connected with it. All you have to do is ignore [my real name], and most cryonicists would apologize for your having to do that.
