Who renumbered the Alcor conferences?

Did they renumber the Alcor Conferences? Alcor was incorporated around 1973 or something like that-- and we're being told that the coming conference is the 6th conference? I'd like to see someone who knows more than me (that shouldn't be hard should it?)-- list the previous conferences and tell us about the renumbering. Have it on my desk by Monday morning.
