what's preferable- low temp cps or atp organ pres'n?

I'm not able to understand which is preferable-- immediately after death--> Blood washout and organ preservation perfusion OR low temp CPS. I'm looking at p 36 37 of Reaching for Tomorrow 1994.

The relative emphasis put on ATP lately would indicate that the organ preservation perfusion would be preferable sooner than later-- and that the only reason you do low temp CPS is because an onsite perfusion isn't feasible.
