What exactly is the organ preservation solution used in the initial perfusion?

I think it's viaspan.

No, it's not. It's MHP-2. See the formula in the appendix of the latest SA case report.

ok-- yeah i've seen that mhp2-- but it was viaspan in the past-- which is not a unitary chemical-- it's just a mixture or formula of a lot of different things...

but mhp-2 has a history too-- I'll look at the LONG report again and spend 20 min. trying to find reference
