SA Inc-- Maxim-- Truth in Advertising (re CI)

Context- Remember maxim pounded SA for "malpractice" from her point of view? I said, at the time in response, it was more like false advertising. Now she's taken up that idea and is pounding CI with it... but it could jsut as easily be used to pound at SA too. Actually, Alcor has it's own angle on that concept-- I think we all ought to pound the living daylights of any hint of false advertising out of cryonics. SA and Ci would be good places to start I think.

Here's an Alcor problem in false advertising that's near and dear to my own heart-- the fake forum "AlcorUnited". First of all, Alcor ain't "united"-- in some very fundamental ways. Second, it banned ME-- and I'm an Alcor member. So right there you have a FRACTURE-- they can no longer call Alcor members united by virtue of MY existence and banning. I could go on-- but that's enough bashing for this morning. Just go read maxim. Maxim is THE SINGLE MOST IMPORTANT element of cryonics in 2007 so far in my view. She's launching critiques in MULTIPLE directions and her angle is extremely valuable. She's cryonics Man of the Year.
