CI bylaws thin on contractual obligation to member.

I'd like to know the precise rules or line of thought that essentially CANCELLED C81's contract-- and OVER-RODE it with a last minute contract. I looked at CI's bylaws and it turns out that these are pretty thin on the aspect of carrying out the terms of a cryonics contract. [+. I'll look at Alcor's and ASC's contracts later. You're welcome to join me in the research. The question is-- by what rights was C81 handed over to SA?
