Morturary refrigerator

[+] Low temperature preservation is done to some extent in current morturary practise. This should be examined further--

[+] Here is a crystal coffin made by Universal Chill in China. [+] I like the name-- "universal chill"-- that's inspiring. I wonder what the potential is right now in china for extrapolating some cryonics ideas and techniques? China is on track to build more nuclear power plants and has some advantages-- although the downsides need to be kept constantly in mind.

Sun Yat Sen is said to be chlled and preserved in a crystal coffin-- essentailly a coffin with a glass top. I think that was one of Saul Kent's original ideas for SA-- to develop an LN2 misting system for intermediate temp storage-- with a crystal front-- or glass front... just like in the movies. Whatever happened to that idea? We ended up with CPlatt as Rube Goldburg. How? We need more people in cryonics willing to write with aplomb-- big picture views that accomodate ideas like this Chinese crystal coffin from UniversalChill.
