Maxim-- 01-- Away for the weekend 09-15-07

This is a new series to observe Maxim's input. At first it seemed to me that tracking ideas would be the best way to do things. But the ideas bounce and bob around depending on availablity of people who often make several points in a post. So the presence of a person is actually more fundamental than the idea it appears-- at least sometimes. In this case, Harris has made numerous posts-- amid a lot of noise- and Maxim is going to have to pick through it to address a couple of finer points-- and generate an overall view.

The issue of what happened to C81's ATP treatment is probably the hottest issue right now-- the missing cannulea, the 5 mo. period during which Maxim was gone-- George pointed out nobody gave a f--- f------ Harris countering that with the idea that that was maxim's fault... despite her having resigned. I wouldn't think that that would have held. The bad thing about the threaded forum run by a witless moderator like Jon Hinek is that he doesn't come into that discussion and host it... in other words-- summarize it and make sure that it proceeds. I might be that blog commentary on a forum is essential. But it's too complicated. I don't have the answers. Right now, I'm only experimenting with keyword tracking alpha numericaally.

The other angle on this is that Harris has left a question in the minds of readers as to what really happened on the case and that he wants to append the SA report-- so that'll be interesting to watch.
